The $25,000 Tactic

More ideas than time to implement them?  Try this:

List your top six priorities for the day.

Do the first one first and do nothing else until it’s completed.

Then and only then, move on to the second one.

This was the famous advice given by Ivy Lee, credited with issuing the first press release in 1906, to industrialist Charles Schwab.  Schwab and his managers at Bethlehem Steel, so the story goes, put the idea into practice and were so successful with it that Schwab sent Lee a check for $25,000.

A single idea can be life changing.

But only if turned into action.
